1. If you had to choose an alias, what would it be?
What makes you think that "Redheaded Firecracker" is the name on my birth certificate? Anyway, I'm a Gemini. We're always modifying our names somehow.
2. Where were you on 9/11?
Freaking the fuck out at work. Then, in shock at home.
3. What is your ideal vacation?
Someplace with sunshine, cool air, and history; with pools for lounging by and good places to shop, eat, and tour; where the majority of the residents speak English and yet there's enough diversity to keep me from boredom. Toronto comes to mind. I honestly think that was the best place I ever visited.
4. How many first cousins do you have?
Eleven.
5. How do you take your pizza?
With bacon and no sauce, ideally. In a pinch, extra cheese will do.
6. If you could be fluent in any foreign language (that you are not already) what would it be?
I would actually love to speak Russian.
7. What is your favorite website?
Google. You can do anything with it!
8. If you could experience another era of history, which would it be?
Edwardian period ( 1898 - 1912 ).
9. What is your favorite genre of movies?
Horror. ( Although I don't like anything with zombies. ) Followed closely by action.
10. If you could have any one superpower, what would it be?
To heal.
11. Can you whistle?
Yes. Not always on key, though.
12. If you could be any animal, what would it be?
A dragon.
13. Who is your favorite fictional character?
Prince Corwin of Amber.

Crest, in the stand-up tube.

The Atlanta Falcons! Go team!

I'm all about creature comforts. So, indoorsy.

The Caterpillar ride at West Point Park with my dad. My mom says that makes me about four years old.
20. If you could play any musical instrument, what would it be?
Drums. Or the french horn.

22. When you were little, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A vampire. I was an incredibly weird kid.
23. Are you a dog person or a cat person?
Dogs, no contest. Cats get on my damn nerves . . . plus, I'm violently allergic.
24. If they were making a movie or TV show of your life, who would you choose to play you?
I resolutely maintain that there is no one cool enough to play me.
25. What is your favorite element (earth, fire, water or air)?
Air. Although that could just be because I'm an air sign. I have a sort of fascinated horror-thing going on with fire, and water is for swimming in.
26. If you could compete in any event in the Olympics (summer or winter) what would it be?
Ice skating.
27. What is your favorite Sunday comic strip?
Prince Valiant. I've loved it since I was a child.
28. What kind of music do you listen to?
Pop-punk, new wave, trance, electronica, classical, current country, swing, rockabilly, classic rock . . . anything that's got a good beat, whether or not you can actually dance to it. My CD drawer looks like someone played fifty-two pickup with the contents of a Tower Records store.

Rice Chex with Jersey blueberries.
30. What is your worst habit?
Just one? And a habit, rather than a personality trait? Umm . . . my tendency to procrastinate.
